Default projected DYNO numbers 1.8 B18C

hey guys , im curious to know what my WHP "should" be at , im aware that no two motors are similar and with that said here's a breakdown of the current mods

Motor : 2000 JDM ITR

Head : NO PORT AND POLISH
AEM short ram
Ericks racing 70mm TB
AEBS Intake Manifold /with Hondata cooling gasket
Buddy Club SpecIII+'s cams
Skunk2 cam gears
Omni Valve Springs /Retainers
JG 4-2-1 Polished headers

Fuel : Stock Fuel pump
Lucas 370 cc injectors
AEM fuel rail
Ericks Racing FPR

Block: STOCK JDM ITR 11.1 compression

ECU : P28 w/ a Hondata S200

Exhaust: 2 1/2 Straight pipe w/ RSR EX MAG muffler

and POWERSTEERING

if anyone can shed some light on "what" it should look like on the dyno , would be greatly appreciated!

That intake manifold might rob you of some hp, and definetly some low end if the itr's use butterfly vavles, unless you are going to be using NOS.

Yea, I wasnt sure, that is why I used the words "might" and "if" The aebs manifold has been proven to make more power I'm sure, but with what mods? Just because an intake is larger does not mean necessarily that it will make more hp. You have to have the need for a larger intake. A lot of the time an extrude honed stock manifold will make more power over an aftermarket. I do not know that much about aeb in particular which is why I chose my words carefully, and because I was trying to avoid being bashed by you. Quickly bashing my response, and not taking the time to thoroughly read through or understand it makes you not only look like a dick, but also someone who doesnt understand the definition of simple elementary words. CHILL PLEASE!

I think you should do better then high 180's to low 190's with that set up. Last week we made 184 or 5 (can't remember) without half of that stuff on a JDM Type-R. Stock injectors, cams, AEM CAI, CR, crappy old temporary DC 4-2-1 header, with Hondata s100. Tuning will wring a pretty good powerband out of that setup that should hit 200 easy. If we don't cross 200 WHP on the motor I mentioned once we hang a good header and get some cams in there I'll freak.

just for final clarifacation , the ITR motor doesn't have the dual butterflies

what kinda dyno was this on?

i've herd different dyno's produce diferent numbers, meaning you can have 2 identical dyno's and run the same car , same mods and you will end up with 2 different dyno sheets. Is this true?

after final tuning before some items were purchased

the car put down 175whp/126tqe on 12/7/2004 @ RAGE
the mods were

J's racing CF intake
Ericks racing 70mm
AEBS I.M.
STOCK TYPE R CAMS
Skunk2 cam gears adjusted (advanced/retarded)
B&M FPR
JG 4-2-1 headers
2 1/2 exhaust with an RSR EX MAG muffler
and a fields Vtec controller

ohhh , and all this is still being done w/ power steering
