Default will this turbo work?

i got a stock supra turbo today from one of my friends for real cheap, he has all kinds of crap sitting around and lets me take stuff now and then ,
anyway , its a garret , he said is a t2?
as long as the flange on the turbo manifold is the same should this work when i get the rest of the stuff.i know its kinda wack, but i would like to boost my car, but got very little money.
if not ill save it for when i get a second car and work with that
what you guys think . ?dont beat on me too bad.

because ur not going to gain any high rpm power with that turbo. youll get midranged hp but thats it, once you hit around 6000rpm power will drop dramatically.

I agree with 01geeser, not only will you lose power above 5000-6000 RPM's, but the turbo assembly will be spinning at very fast RPM's. I'm guessing it'll be in the 200,000++ RPM, whereas normal turbos spin at about 80,000-130,000 RPM's.

The turbo will probably not last long since it spins at very very high RPM's. a T2 is just to small for a high-revving Type R.
