Brake bleeding order
Guys, I have been getting alot of mixed versions of what the order is to correctly blled my brakes. I have a 1990 CRX Si. Can someone please verify this for me...

It is funny. I just looked at my helms manual and it says: Driver Front, Passenger Rear, Passenger Front, Driver Rear. So who knows which way is "really correct".

It doesn't really matter if you flush the system well. Use a turkey baster to get all the old fluid out of the MC. If you have speed bleeders, it's super easy. Just unscrew a little bit, hook up a hose to a bottle, and pump like crazy while making sure the MC doesn't run dry. As long as you don't get air in the system, it'll probably be better than it was before anyway. I'm not a fan of the Mityvac...I think it draws air into the system. Best system I've seen pressurizes the MC with brake fluid, and when you open the bleeders, all the fluid just squirts on out. You can make it out of a garden sprayer, hose, fittings and a spare MC cap.
I think I'm beginning to side with what three seperate manuals have said. BTW Rob I picked up that battery box I should have it bolted down and secured in a day or two so I'll give you a call when I'm ready to roll down there...
