Which springs are front and which are rear?

Default Which springs are front and which are rear?

hey just bought sum tein stechs for my car and im wonderin if the long skinny springs are for the front or are the shorter ones for the front please get back to me by the way im new to this so please be nice to me lol

the one with more coils go in the front

(scratching head) My guess would be that the pair that's visibly thicker should be the front springs.

If you have good balance you could stand on one spring from each (one spring at a time of course, not one spring under each foot) and see which compresses farther - and should be the rears. Though I guess that tests viability depends on how much you weigh...

Wow, looks like Tein's S.Tech manual is an extremely unhelpful 2 pages. My HAs had a dozen or so pages, pictures of everything, diagrams of what to do... (though the actual instructions are in Japanese)
