Default just in from the 1/4 track

60' 2.297
1/8 9.5@75
1/4 14.6@95

i was aiming for a 14.5 but this was the best i could do, i think i would have gotten a 14.5 on my last run but i missed my shift to 3rd

anyways what is a good 60' time for an R with I/H, this was my first time to really drag race the car and i was tryin to get used to making use of the lsd

it was a fun day, ran against a turbo gsr that ran a 13.2 but i cant wait till the end of feb because there is supposed to be an auto-x event that i am gonna enter

Theres a guy from Daytona i saw at speedworld a couple months ago in a CW 98 R with an AEM CAI that ran consistent 14.40@96. All he had was the CAI.

60' 2.237
330 6.099
1/8 9.269
mph 78.68
1000 12.035
1/4 14.361
mph 96.53

the MPH was low b/c i missed the 3-4 shift (took 2 or 3 times before the car would go into gear, probably could have been a 14.1)

Are those 1/4 mile times in a Type-R without A/C (14.6 95)? I've never run a 1/4 mile and just wanted to know. Would A/C slow you down much?

That is a decent 60'.

My best is 14.21 and that was with I/H/E and advanced timing (I will see if I can find timeslip, but I usually run 2.2-2.3) Overall since I dd in stages I/E doesn't do much. I got the best bang for the buck with my header.

Nope, no internal work done, and yes it had AC. It also had some not-so high performance tires on it, but i cant remember what they were. ALso, he had his blinker lense removed. He ran 14.40s all night long and it was like 65 degrees out. Its strange, but i see such a HUGE variation between ITRs, even at the same track. I guess it just boils down to how sick the driver is

I hit 14.40's all day with an AEM intake and stock bridgestones. I'll have to check at home, but my 60 foot times were about 2.20-.25 if I remember. You just have to know how to drive. I have seen a ton of people at the track that couldn't pull out of the 15's with bolt ons.

I think everyone should include their launching techniques with their times.

- Did you slip the clutch or just drop it?
- At what RPM were you at before launching?

ok, i was just wondering 60' times because i wasnt sure if i was taking full advantage of my lsd or not, i was pulling 2.3 60' then at the very i end i got a 2.2 but missed my shift, i was launching at about 4000 sliiping the clutch slightly to prevent wheel hop, then it was dumped
