Default 95 integra hesitating, bogging, backfiring, no acceleration*searched

My car is a 95 integra gsr with aem stand alone ecu, 720cc RC injectors, Wiesco pistons, t3/t04e turbo etc.. the usual stuff. Well my car has ALL of the problems listed above and i had a forum like this up about a year ago and no one responded to it, or tried to help. I got it working thru a performance shop but they overcharged; 580 bucks to be exact and they said all the did was clean the lifters, head, block, cleaned up the wires in the ecu and some other things i forgot.
Well the problem reoccured and reared its ugly head out again(about 10 months later) I tried replacing the rotor, cap, ignition wires, spark plugs and seafoamed the car and got some fuel injector cleaner. No luck at all....Im all outta luck and dont know what else to do. Please someone with the knowledge come to me. I need YOUR assistance and HELP

BTW i know its hard trying to anaylze these problems over the internet but help a guy out here that doesnt want to spend nearly 600 dollars each time for measly clean ups.

Thank you in advance

Checked your Ignition Control Module(ICM aka ignitor) if it is working properly yet?

try your fuel filter, pump, or the lines might be clogged, i had almost the same problem, or take it to a performance shop.

it shakes and rattles so much that if i feel like i go to third its going to explode.. and this is barley tapping the throttle.

Edit: Also does anyone know how i can make my valve train sound better..It sounds like a chainsaw from hell its very very noise, can be heard a good 60-80 feet away.

second edit: Just ran the car out again...i really never paid much attention to my gauges but it seems the fuel is less rich when the AC is turn on. sigh...so many problems with my car.
