hehehe.. ajn, already going for the SA helmet? Already looking past autocross to club racing? hehehe.. since I figured I'd trying to stick to just autocross, I just got an MA helmet to save a little money. If you do plan on getting an SA helmet and plan on going to club races or something similar, you should try to find a place you can try them on (look for an auto or motorcycle show/convention).. just about anything is tolerable for 60 seconds of autocross at a time, but if you'll be wearing it for a while, comfort starts to really matter.. and different helmets fit different heads..

Simpson Voyager helmet. Does it meet SA2000 standards?
According to HelmetCity.com:
SUPER VOYAGER Y - M2000 - $339.99 (NYLON LINED)
SUPER VOYAGER N - SA2000 - $379.99 (NOMEX LINED)
VOYAGER Y - M2000 - $299.99 (NYLON LINED)
VOYAGER N - SA2000 - $339.99 (NOMEX LINED)

In short, it looks like the VOYAGER Y or N (they look identical to me) and seeing how the N seems to mean Nomex vs. the Y meaning nYlon; you'll want the Voyager N (you want the Nomex).

AJ - what do you plan on doing this year? SA helmets are a bit expensive for autocross only. You can save yourself $200+ if you just get a M helmet - but M helmets aren't usuable for track days. They are legal for NASA HPDS days though.

The nomex lining IS what makes it an SA-Rated helmet. There are NO SA-Rated helmets with a nylon liner.

Yeah nylon burns forever and melts to your skin (BAD!). That is why Nomex is only used in SA helmets and racing clothing.
