Default Hp Gains on the Non vtec B18

on my 2nd gen teg that already has i/e....would i see significant hp gains with headers, new cams, pulleys, if so any approximate hp and tq range?

yeah w/ headers and cams i don't think pulleys are worth buying

Its a theory that pulleys throw off the harmonic frequencies in the engine causing premature bearing wear, and for what about 1-2 hp! IMO not worth it but its up to you! Do a search there are many arguments on this subject!

Do some reseach on nonvtec setup; even check out nonvtec.com. You can find alot of good info on nonvtec setups if that is what you want!
