ok this use to be my cousins car i was takin it apart and noticed this.... This is the exhuast manifold holes on the block... All the cylinders look normal expect #4
Rembmer use to be turbo'd Can some tell me what worng by lookin at these pics.. Piston Rings Crank bearings i dont know

looks like cylinder #4 is gettig oil blow-by from the rings or it could be leak down from the valve seals

major blow by on the valves, or piston rings gone. Could be a lil bit of both..Get a valve adjustment and do a leakdown test..Good Luck
