1996 Integra GSR only have 1 oxygen sensor ??
Thanks people
i suspected it all along. I found out that i did had 2 oxygen sensors on my car. When my dumb bush mechanic installed my exhaust system, he only used the pre cat one. The one after the cat he missed. He was being lazy and overlooked. He thought it was just a piece of string

yea, a general rule is that all 96 and Later cars are OBD-II. But if your helms manual says 1, you may either NOT have a 96, or your car was built in 1995 (as a 96 year) and it was like right before the switch. Anyone else?

Not for a 96 GSR.

I have a 98 GSR obd2a and bought a header/cat/exhaust from a 94 LS. The primary o2 sensor will be used but there's who bung for the secondary o2. I was thinking about disconnecting the secondary o2 for now. I will probably get a CEL. Would this be harmful in anyway in the long run? I've read the secondary o2 only checks to see if the cat is working and should not affect my A/F or performance or gas mileage etc.
