i bought the conversion harness to change the obd0 ecu to an obd1 ecu(p28), and i also swapped a 95 civic si hatch engine in too. has anywone had any problems with the conversion or if its a waste on time, b/c i 've got everything wired up and the fuel pump wont turn on and the ignition wont fire and the engine has a good distributor, somebody please help, anyhelp would greatly be appreciated.

So you've changed all the wiring in the engine bay for OBD1.. OBD1 distributor, 4-wire O2 sensor etc..

Check your battery and grounds. Which conversion harness did you get?
