what the best way to get paint off from the dash board?

Default what the best way to get paint off from the dash board?

i have this crx dash board laying around and i want to swap this crx dash into my civic but only down side is the dash is painted light *** blue and now how can i save this piece and get the paint off? use thinner ?

I think the thinner will eat the plastic the dash is made out of, but I'm not sure what to exactly use.

you have 3 options
1)sand it lightly with about 400grits + little water (when I bought mine, previous owner told me that he sanded the white paint off himself theres few paint chip but I didn't noticed it)
give me your email Ill show you the result
2) paint it
3) buy used one e.g. from junkyard,ebay...........
