Default Which headlights look better?

I am going to be getting new headlights for my EK. My 2 choices are Real Type R's or Real SIR's. The only difference is one is a dark housing and the other is an all chrome housing. Which ones should I get?

Here are the links: Type R's http://www.passwordjdm.com/pro...D=253

SIR's: http://www.passwordjdm.com/pro...D=253

SIR or DIY gunmetal. Save a lot more money with both options. I honestly cannot justify paying upwards of 400 for headlights, let alone 500.

I already did that and messed up on them. I painted the spot behind the bulb and I could not seal them completly and there is condinsation(sp?) in them. Another reason I want real Type R's or SIR's is for the City lights. Here is a pic of what I am talking about:

and here is an updated pic of my car minus the lip:

had CTR's they where stolen, but they make a huge difference to the front of your. So noticeable that people that have no idea about Honda recognize it, you will get things like this"there something different about your civic"..or "doesn't look normal, what is it".... it's great
Sir's look nice on lighter colored cars, i think they r a cleaner cooling headlight

The SIR's probably would look better if I had a silver hood. I think the CTR's would look better since I have a CF hood. Other people have told me the same thing.

Be serious. I am not just going to get one type of headlights so the the other people can be still be unique.

Buy a used set of USDM headlights and do your DIY the right way. Much cheaper.

obviously no one reads threads anymore. He said he didnt like the look of the DIY headlights. Personally i dont either..they look cheap. I would go with either a set of oem headlights or the Sir's.
