Can someone photochop this for me?

Contemplating painting a white helmet to match this:

Can someone make the black areas of the helmet white? TIA. I am photochop-inept.

Yeah, I can see black-to-white being difficult. Thanks though, it gives me a ballpark idea. Anyone think they can do a better job?
