bike shuts off, whats the deal ??

bike shuts off, whats the deal ??
Ok heres the deal,
Bike: 03 6ooRR
Miles:12***
Mods: jardine slip on and PC III
problem: bike shuts off sometimes at idle when warmed up. And also when taking off from a light (low rpm's) the bike shuts off. When I try and restart it sometimes is starts up fine somethimes when i give it gas it bogs off again. I really think that the Power Commander is giving to much fuel. But do any of you guys have this problem ?

the bad part is the bike shutting off at a traffic light !! And sometimes not starting on the restart

More than likely it has to do with teh PCIII. There were a lot of issues with them when the first came out. Is yours brand new or a used one?? and did you have any of these issues before you installed it?
