guess all im getting is the same ol damn that expensive reply, got the bike at forwardmotionmc.com they specialize in repairing salvage bikes, they do a pretty damn good job to make it run and look new. you can check out their other bikes, which is mostly salvage but looks and runs just as good as a clean bike. but i think 5000 is a fair price.

Thats what you always told me too, but the fact remained that in 3months of looking I never came across a legit, mint, non-track, '03600rr for less than $6k. I still browse 600rr.net and ebay and the going price is still around 6k.
I dont think $5k for your bike is unreasonable.

they are out there, you just asked at the wrong time. my comment above was in reference to the 636, not all 600cc bikes. before i bought my 600rr, i was about to pick up a 04 636 with 5k and a clean title for 5300 in san diego.
btw, there was a 600rr on 600rr.net for somewhere in the high 5's, i think its yellow...
EDIT: i found another mag00ny: http://www.600rr.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=27941
