Default ecu code 45....point me in the right direction, please

well I got my 00gsr back a couple of weeks ago from installing jdm itr pistons. My mechanic told me he raised the fuel pressure way up to insure I wasn't running lean. After a few days of driving I got a cel. I pulled the code and it looks like I am running rich. I am thinking that I cannot use my obd2 ecu anymore because of 11.4:1 compression, toda bs,etc. I called toda and they said they were pretty sure I could utilize my stock ecu with no problems.... What do you guys think? I really don't want to have to buy another ecu because I don't want to spend anymore cash on my car. Do you guys think I can tune this thing on a dyno without getting a CEL? Any help would be appreciated. oh by the way I have a sfc vtec, could I do fix it with that?

Too rich/too lean. I guess you could pull out the plugs and check the tips to be sure. If it's all okay, then an exhaust leak can cause a false reading from the O2 sensor.

I am currently getting the same code as well.
