Default TURBOCALCULATOR RIPPED ME OFF

Alright this all started December 13, I placed an order for a T3 60 trim 60 a/r Garrett Re manufactured turbo I payed them $479 PayPal. 1 month passes I give them a polite email wondering how much longer it will be their response is:

"I'm sorry, the holidays have us backed up with many orders coming in and
reduced hours. We will be processing your order shortly. I'm sorry for the
delay. "

So I'm fine with this and understand there problem. Another month passes still no turbo, so i send them another email and they say:

"Again, I apologize for the delay. We still do not have your turbo in stock.
We have a couple of T3's with 0.48 A/R housings. If this will work for you,
we'll ship you one immediately. Please let me know as soon as possible."

If anyone knows anyone from there company and can help me out here let me know.

phone? have you tried calling them?

credit cards allow 6 month to freeze funds in case of dispute. i'm not sure how that would work w/ paypal.

yea, its one of those side companies like "stone racing" from what ive heard... they list garrett turbos on their site, but everyone that has ever purcahsed one has recieved an ssac "xs-power" turbo... a few actually recieved garretts (at least thats what the housings said) but like the rest, either they crapped out from excessive shaft play or the seals going out

Just like to add I was ripped off as well. Sent me a broken turbo, leaking centerhousing and blades hitting the compressor housing. Send it back for warrantee and they say it's my fault and wont award warantee. I ask them to send it back many many many times. No replies. Phone is never answered. Voicemail is full.
