Default question on installing intake..

Ok well i got everything together but my question is about the hose that they give you....On my stock intake tube i had 2 hoses but on my aftermarket i have a place for only 1. So I hooked that hose up to the vaccum hose which left the hose that goes to the valve cover open, so i put a breather there. Is that what im supposed to do or what? if you need pics i can get some up. thanks

No. The hose with the intake goes from the valve cover to the intake tube. The other hose is supposed to have nothing there.

Why? I don't know but that is the way it is on my Accord. My accord came with the intake and I don't know who put it on. She run's good and she's had it on like that for well over 50,000 miles. If anyone says it goes the other way then please let me know.
