are your heatlights pushed back ? is your bumper ? what about the radiator support and does the hood close easily ? all of those could be signs of a bent frame

Simple answer... no there isn't. That is why those shops exist. If you can tell it has a bent frame from looking at it, well, it usually gets totaled out by the insurance company.

Like mentioned above if you have body parts that have been smashed up on the front end and can't be aligned properly by replacing with good parts then you might have some issues.
