ANYONE DO ENGINE SWAPS IN D.C.?

I am looking to do an engine swap. I am in N. Virginia. Can anyone recommend a great mechanic who could do this for me? Its an 89 Si.

P&C racing in Manassas, Inline Pro in Springfield, any like place that specializes in hondas, there are a lot....lol
