speaking from the fact i have over 7 d-series starters in my garage i know for a fact the ones from a d15b7. d16z6, d16y7, d16y8 etc all fit im sure all d-series starters fit one thing im sure of is dseries with an automatic has a different starter than a d-series with a manual because ive tried taking one off a automatic d16z6 and put it on my old d16z6 manual and it just wouldnt fit

 

bump for a confirmation that the twin cam D series, the ZC, has the same starter as somethin else?
