Are the 6Gs longer than the 5g? I have an exhaust on my 94 Coupe and someone wants to know if it'll fit their 97 coupe without modifying it.

 

they are the same for coupe to coupe but the location of the cat will make it fit or not. if they are the z6 and y8 engine it will work i know for sure. the HX civic will not work and believe 96 + DX will not either because the cat is up on header versus after it

 

It's actually a Kteller 3" catback, which is the same length and cat location as stock. But the length should be the same for coupe-->coupe, right? I'm more concered with the axleback area being too short on the 96+ vehicle.

thats what i mean the 96 and up some have a cat underneath and some are under the hood between the engine and rad so as long as they are in same location

length is same

 

Cool, length of the piping is the same just some 96+have a cat close to the motor. The guy buying mine is turbo so he's not worried about that.
