Default "BEST" SQ sub, speaker, and amp.

I don't have much knowledge on car systems and I LOVE systems which have very very nice SOUND QUALITY. I'm more into SQ because I love music and i love the balance, precision, tightness, etc... of some of the SQ systems rather than the LOUD, BASS systems that I've heard too many times.

Anyways, so my question is what companies carry nice SQ products for under $1000 for each sub, speaker, and amp? By this, I mean I want the amp to be under $1000, the speakers to be under $1000, and the sub also.

you can't be serious....

best for a grand in that price range (give or take a few bucks) for sq:

Headunit: Pioneer DEX/DEQ-P9 combo, Alpine CDA-7969+PXA-H700, Clarion DRZ-9255

Speakers: This one is tough, I'd say ID CD2Neo Mini horns + whatever mids you want, Seas Reference, Scan Revelators, probably a lot more, but that's all my tired melon can think of at this time

Amps: Tru T-Series or T-03 are hard to beat, Genesis, Brax, Zapco C2K, DLS, Helix are all amps I would look at for 1000 each

Subs: W7's, Brahmas, IDMAX are well under 1k

Lots and lots of options out there....

I don't mean to jack your topic.</TD></TR></TABLE>

not to be a dick, but start your own then if you don't wan tto jack - this question is WAY off topic - you'd get more help in your own thread

try out Image dynamics, Arc audio, Tru Technologies, DLS audio, Treo Engineering, Macrom....

this is my setup in my car Arc audio 1500dr. running 1 Image Dynamics IDMax 12
and then a Arc audio 4050 running Rainbow audio 6.5" Professionals.
Running off an Alpine cdv 7998. It sounds great

for sq head unit, i would say clarion DRZ9255 as well.

for speakers, i would have to say SEAS Lotus Reference is #1 for me, Focal, DIY component DLS.

amp, RF power are honestly great sq amps, i switched from ARC's to RF power and never looked back, TRU, ARC, DLS, helix and few others i cant think of right now.

sub, there are just too many. if your looking for pure SQ, SEAS Lotus subs, the new ARC 12's, IDQ. those are just about the best sq subs ive heard.

go to http://www.mobilesq.com for SEAS Lotus reference stuff, trust me, they are great speakers.

if you live near pasadena, CA area, swing by audio crafters, they are the only authorized dealer for Lotus by SEAS equipment. they the reference on the demo board.

SQ sub - JL, RE SE,Adire Audio Koda 12" or 15" (coming out soon)

SQL (mixture of SPL and SQ) - Brahma, Rl-P, Avanlanche(they growing), RE XXX (gon cost a lot all together cuz you gotta fug with the electrical shiz, dont wanna get into detail unless you want me to). *NOTE* the xxx will require at least 1k+ watts in order to sound good, BUT they will get loud. Usually depends on the box too. The xxx needs 1600 minimum and is 2500 peak.

Brahma - http://www.realmofexcursion.co...6.wmv
Rl-p - http://www.realmofexcursion.co...5.wmv
XXX - http://www.realmofexcursion.co...4.wmv

SPL - Solobarics L5's/L7's, RE SX/MT

That's all i can remember for now, im sure there's more out ther

OH yeah, and there is no "best", its all personal opinions
