88teg distributor on a zc

Default 88teg distributor on a zc

hey ..
how could you differ a 88-89 distributor from a 86-87 ?
just put the zc in to my crx.. using a si dis..

The Si distributer wont work on the ZC..it wont bolt to the head

You need an 88-89 distributor because they use electronic advance. You'll notice two vacuum ports on the 86-87 distributor because it uses vacuum advance.
