Well i posted earlier and my bike was stolen today ? I have been told to start shopping, im a little stuck I love my 600 but part of me wants to jump to a 1000

i ride mainley hills im not a stunna i dont even pull it up if i dont have to. Want to start getting into track days.

for this reason im thinking of staying with a 6 i want a 1 just because i have more power if its there ?

here are the bikes i was looking at ?

05 blk 1000rr ? heard good things and bad things bout the bike mainley the dampiner ? 2nd most expensive

05 blk r1 ? $$$$ its more expensive then any other bike i have looked @

05 slver/blk gsxr 1000 Cheapest of the group, everyone tells me im gonna kill myself on it ?

05 600rr

05 black r6

what do you guys think ?

I think you should keep this in 1 thread...

However, for a track only bike, my choice would be 04 GSXR 6

But that's just me. 1k's are just too much for most tracks/riders

 

For your needs, I would go with any of the 600's (I prefer the R6 with GSXR 2nd). Great bikes for a new track rider

word i agree...if you want power you can use than a 600 is for you...also, ever consider the gixxer 750? a little more power but still light in the pants

With the 600's like they are its all about which one you find the best looking.

On a side note the 05 600rr would be my choice personaly,you obvisoly liked it before an while the 05 has benn revised compared to the 04 you wouldnt have to adapt to a totaly new bike.

 

well i have narrowed it down to either another black rr or a black r6 im waiting for the dealership to put one out onto the showroom floor ?

probally a rr is going to pull out though.

as far as keeping it in one thread... this is something totally different.
