Im thinking to myself WTF ok wait did i ride at all yesterday maybe i just parked it in a parking spot.....then i come to the truth i have been jacked......


i called the police got here quick "i love the burbs" and i was talking to him he leaves i call insurance next thing you know a knock on my door ?

The police man comes back and he tells me i found your bike ??

WTF i dont want to see it, so i go outside who ever took the bike was ******* retarded cut the steering lock cable, and tried to push start the bike ? im guessing saw a car come in, and dummped my bike ? now all my fairings are busted needs new front brake lever and rear sets ..... bout 4k worth of damage ?

im thinking its going to be a total loss, went bike shopping today and damn bikes have gotten more $$$$ looks like the twistes are gonna be lonely with out me this summer **** thieves i hate you all, if you are gonna steal something do it right my turbo ITR was right next to it too ******* idiots......

Very sorry to hear about your bike. kinda asking for trouble leaving such a nice bike outside in a parking lot. It sucks it has to be like that, no one can have any nice things in this world without having to constantly protect them

Man... when I got my car stolen, the LAPD made me go to the station and file the report. They didn't want to send a unit since it wasn't an emergency. F**kers!


Sorry about the bike bro. Bikes getting boosted are becoming a common thing. I see the situation getting as bad as it is with Hondas. Sucks!

 

i may be interested in buying it, i will need a motor down the road and spares never hurt.

 

Just keep the bike and fix it yourself.... Do a lil shopping and the bike shouldn't cost you much... Unless you really want a brand spankin new one.... good luck with that

 

Dude, could be worse. My buddy had/has a 2001 zx12r. It was stolen from his apartment complex. Come to find out he had canceled his insurance as he was in between jobs.

A year and 3 months later he gets a call from a tow company. It seems that 4 months earlier someone took it to a bodyshop and dropped it off. They provided bogus information and never came back to pick it up so the body shop had it towed.

The towing company wanted to collect on their fees so they did a vin check and it came up stolen so they contacted my buddy.

My buddy owed 400 in towing/impound fees. They stole the whole front upper/headlight/gauges/fairing stay. Damaged the right lower, stole several misc relays and whatnot that mount under the false tank.

It looks like the bike sat out in the rain for that full year.

You live and you learn I guess. Take the money from the insurance and paint your bike or buy new fairings. Ron ayers or even a canadian honda dealer could get you a good deal and you would make out if insurance pays retail prices out to you. (assuming the us dollar still has a favorable conversion rate )

I feel your pain it hurts to see your mint bike trashed by some a$$holes who are too lazy to work for it.

its kinda funny, because i live in a gated community and i have never had any problem with my ITR no one even knows really what it is.

The bike was in front of my R and the some how got to it.

today im taking it out to the shop and well see what happens
