Default Quick bov question w/ use of Edelbrock kit...

I know that the tial bov that comes with the kit is pretty dece', BUT I'm certain about switching to a greddy type-s. Do I just have to buy the type s adapter plate then weld that onto the lip of the intake pipe? Or does greddy make a combo bov/intake pipe setup that i can just swap on? (I dont recall ever seeing one of these for a y8, but you never know...you guys might know something i dont lol).

thanks a whole lot!

if you are doing it for the noise thats about all you will be gaining from it. the tial is a better valve i think and there should be a few people that agree with me. myself, i swear by hks and their ssq bov. because of the way it works. it will not open under high boost.

but to answer your question, you will probably need to weld on a new flange to swap out the valve.
