Default Precision turbochargers

Does anyone know what Precision turbo I need to use without having a lot of turbo lag? Im putting it on a LS/Vtech with GSR head. I would like to make at least between 400 and 500 without a lot of turbo lag.

For 500hp tops, I'd go with the SC50.
