Anyone done the swap yet? Not LS/VTEC, just standard 90-93 B18 into 88 CRX HF, need some help with shopping lists, and some tech info on the axles....Hasport seriously got my brain fried with their article.........maybe it was too early in the morning, i dunno..........BTW, if possible i would like to perform the teg brake swap while ive got the car apart. There has been a lot of talk about the LS swap being a very good street machine. The Hasport site is probably the most complete, don't try to digest all the info at once. Checkout http://hybrid.honda-perf.org/tech/4gtech.html#nonvtec for basic swap info and http://hybrid.honda-perf.org/tech/4g-brakes.html for brakes and also http://www.geocities.com/tjsite/xlfronts.htm tj also has a rear disc article and a b16 swap article there. The b18 will be very similar to the b16 just more torque and no vtec.

dont want vtec at this point, getting turbos for free so less rotational mass of the nonvtec cam will allow me to spin higher, and the small turbo with low boost threshold will allow really great low end torque........lobing may occur, but no big deal
