Your money would be better spent on Lexan windows (if weight savings is your goal). Flex-A-Lite makes them (OEM fit too) for the CR-X

Uhm I would love to use those, but there is a huge problem with theft in D.C. and Maryland. Every person that I know that has a CRX, Civic, or Integra, someone tried to steal it. Thanks for the information though.

I would like to use the item that you are talking about but if someone wanted to steal my car it will be easier for them to do it with that on there. I saw a cf hatch on someones car on this site. See mix that in with the cf hood and it should look nice. I talked to Visracing and they said they could also make a cf bodykit of your choice. I want the Mugen flared one and they said it could be made for 600 and would take about a month to get

A CF hatch is only going to net you a lbs or two of weight saving. The rear glass is what has all the weight. Also CF is prone to cracking after it gets older. And if there is such a high theft problem in your area CF is only going to increase someone thoughts of having your car for their own.

Hey man if you are looking for the Mugen flared body kit I would check out SenseMotorsports.com, they sell it for $485. Its not carbon fiber though, I think its a polyurathane.

LOL, yeah but how much is the glass suppose to be. I mean this is a street car/show car.. I have about 400 to the wheels. The car can max out at 500. So I dont think there is a really big concern about the weight. Plus I have taken other things off the car to reduce the weight.

A little OT...what is your setup in your crx? Do you have any dyno charts of your 400 whp? I am just curious because its not everyday you see someone with a 400 whp crx.

not mine! just keep it dirty with a ghetto exhaust... build the D and dont go B! keeps the theives away!

my buddies EK has been a target since he owned it... now EVERYTHING on it is hush hush... though the 6k in alarms and "stuff" has helped a little... now they just take his center caps off the car lol.

CF hood and quaters, hatch and lexan windows... paint all the CF back to OE color... rock it sealthed with hood pins ... they would just think you are running autozone hoodpins ;-)
