Default is this a good deal

i hate these threads as much as anyone else but i really need a second opinion.

95 accord, champaign, sedan, lx.
143k , new tires, new clutch, and new brakes. she drives fine, and looks pretty good. paint isnt the shiniest but no serious problems. the door is the only blemish cuz it doesnt sit flush with the rest of the car. evrything else is pretty good. hes asking 3500. is that good or should i really push him for 3200 ?

That's a pretty good deal....I would just make sure to run carfax and find out if it's been in any collisions because a door not lining up typically means frame damage.

not only carfax, but take it to someone at a body shop or something like that to make sure it wasnt in an accident that was not reported. i have a 95 ex, and i did the carfax thing, but still there was problems that didnt show up.
