Venom 400
Ok I have heard a lot about the Venom 400 like it doesnt work and all that. So I bought one the other day for $20. I was wondering if they are vehicle specific or what. I have a d16z6 and we dont know what kind of car it came out of. How do you find out?? Anyway can someone give some insight on hooking it up to test it out?? thanks

PM me and I'll give you the address.
it just dumps more fuel into your motor at low rpms..suppossed to give it better throttle response..personally i think its a bunch of bullshit that ends up just wasting gas..dont even waste your money...but if you might as well try it..who knows you might like wasting gas..good luck..haha ..peace!
I didnt ask people to comment on I asked if anyone has directions on hooking it up I guess you didnt read the post. I have already read up on this thing about what it does well now I need to hook it up myself and see if it works. Also how to find out what vehicle the one I have is for.

yeah my ex had one on her 240 and you could feel the difference when it was engaged (on). It's kinda like vtec I guess. They are vehicle specific but as to how you would know without the label still attached, I have no idea unless there is a code stamped on it somewhere. Not a total waste though since you only paid $20; they sell for close to $350. Good luck

Woooo dayum. I'm glad I live on the east coast. Premium = $2.14gal. Still ridiculous but not as bad as that considering prices are expected to go up another 30-40 cents by summer.
