Rotor Screws
Searched and did not find what i was looking for.
I am trying to put the rotor back on the car with both screws and only one goes completly on there. the other sticks out about a half inch. tried to drive it with one screw and it made a awful noise coming from the rotor. any trick to getting that little screw all the way on there? thanks

You don't actually need the screws on there. The wheel will hold the rotor. I would first check to see that there is no obstruction in the hub and then maybe chase the threads with a tap.
ok, so lets say i take all the screws off there. what is making that noise!? it happens each wheel rotation and my gut tells me its the rotor. any ideas? thanks again
that one screw may hold the rotor off balance. as stated just take them both out and be done with them. the rotor will stay in place. now if you still hear the noise than you might have a warped rotor or a misaligned caliper.
ouch, hope its not the bearing. judging by what the wheel bearing sounds like from others discriptions, i dont think its that. sounds more like a misaligned caliper or warped rotor.
