KYB AGX shock settings...
What setting do you guys use for the street and for the track with KYB AGX's? I was thinking about using "1" in the rear. And "2" for the front. On the street. Any input would be appreciated.
That sounds like a pretty good setup. Let me ask you...did your KYB AGX shocks come with the adjustment dials? I got mine today, but they only came with a small bag with a screwdriver and nuts inside.
The ones with the ***** are for a different model. The integra AGX's have the screw driver and small slot. BTW, I am normally set to 1/1 or 2/2 depending on my mood. This is with sportlines.
4 and 5? Is this for an Integra? Mines only have 4f/4r.
Oh, and I put mines to 2f/1r. This setting makes my car ride smoother. 1f/2r or 2f/3r for better steering response and 2/2 for better steering response(not as much as the 1f/2r or 2f/r) while maintaining some smoothness. And I have the Eibach Pro-Kit.

I own a 2000 Civic so it might be different from the Integras. And arent you suppose to have the rear stiffer than the front for a reason? I can't remember why but someone told me that you were suppose to.
More oversteer? Is that a good thing or bad thing? What exactly does that mean? I thought having the front stiffer than the rear is going to create more oversteer.
2 F and 3 Rear
2 in front lets my 400lb/in sportline springs not to kill me.
3 will help my shifting feel smoother, because of less bounce to the rear and the
back springs aren't that stiff.

There really isn't a "right" setting. Everyone's car is different and you should use the combination that YOU prefer. Generally, most people have the rears set a little stiffer than the front, but you'll find people who have them set really stiff or at the lightest setting. It's really up to you. Go out in a big empty parking lot and do crazy turns, lane changes, and swerves. There will be a setting that you'll like best both for comfort and for over/understeer tendencies...use that one.
Im going to put my KYBs on Tuesday if my new rear shock stud and bushing gets here in time. Anyways, I have stock struts with Ground Control right now. Will adding the struts make a big difference steering wise over the stock struts?
