Old school Wedsport TC05's look just like '96 spec ITR wheels. Best part is that they are SSF forged (Super Solid Forged) and they are super light, like 11.2lbs.

Hmm... No one's posting anything that looks like a Type R wheel.

Here is a photo of a Type R wheel:

I know that, but that wheel was never sold as a stock ITR wheel in North America. (The '96 ITR was only sold overseas, not here.) I would assume that someone in North America (like phantom grey eg) asking about ITR wheels would be asking about the ITR wheel on cars sold in North America, not a wheel only available on cars in overseas markets. All North American ITRs were sold with the seven-spoke wheels shown in the photo in my previous post, painted gunmetal (as shown) on the '00-01 ITR, and painted white on the '97-98 ITR. (I'm not sure which color wheels were sold in which years on Canadian ITRs, which also were available in '99.)

If hes going for the JDM 96 ITR rims. I would do the HX wheels painted white route. They look almost identical but smaller.
