Wierd noise
My car has this weird noise whenever I drive above 60km/h, at first i thought it's just the wind since we have little/no sound insulation but I've noticed whenever I turn the steering wheel to the right, the noise disappears. I'm very confused... oh, and that noise gets louder when i go faster... hmm..... i hope this won't be something too serious..... also the steering wheel seems to have a slight pull to the right.
I have a 98, am I still covered by the warranty? no extended warranty...

tire noise? that would be my guess, since it gets louder as you go faster, but loading the tires differently (turning) could make it go away. Can you describe it with more detail? Tire noise is not a problem...check your pressures first for the pull problem.
well i did put on some new tires (kuhmo 712s) but the noise started long before I switched tires so I don't think it could be as simple as tires...
well, like i said the car pulls to the right a bit, and noise stops when I turn steering wheel to the right. Sounds like wind noise but it's not... altho i think it's not a big deal but you never know if there's a hidden problem with the suspension... better stop it before it gets worse right? I don't think handling is affected tho, car handles great...
It couldn't be alignment because I had alignment done when I switched back from 16" volks to factory 15"s.....
