timing belt
helms manual has a good timing belt guide. Maybe you can find one online, there not that hard to find.

best if you just paid someone to do it for you.
the timing might be off, and you are really screw
it cost around 250 to 300 only
so it ain't a bad price
because the labor on it is only about 100-125 buck

If you know what you're doing, you can fit a belt without locking the cams, it's just a little more awkward. You can buy a tool to lock the cams...think there's some way of locking the exhaust cam on a b-series down at the cylinder 1 end, I think I remember reading it somewhere here; correct me if I'm wrong
Anyway Autobot is right. Don't do it unless you know how, becaue if you mess it up you can end up in all sorts of trouble, worst case the belt snaps and you end up with a pile of bendy valves and a sore wallet! Get a mechanic pal to do it with you and show you how it's done.
