im in madison wis. and will be needing some tuning in a few weeks.i got access to a trailor and will be towing the car down there.Im running e-manage now,but may be swithing to hondata soon.im just wondering if any of you guy have had work done there. thanks

i just buy parts from there.. i have nothing to tell you about their tuning or motor building skills..

try the whip factory in plainfield.. i have heard nothing but good things about them..

you could try apg performance.. they have been around for a while.

PM superdave on here......he runs the place i think. i've talked to him about tuning my buddies car i'm building for him....whenever its done. super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and has built some fast ****.

Mark from One 6 can also help you. Really great guy, He's always helped me out.

 

I heard some bad stories about Whip Factory. They fucked up some guys car on the dyno and still charged him. haha I'd say get Uberdata and a wideband and tune it yourself. Why pay someone $100+ an hour for something you can do yourself.

but whipfactory can tune neptune/aem ems/hondata.

Sorry, gotta call you out on this one...Whose car did I **** up on the dyno?

It's never happened, so I'm curious to hear.

The choice is clear is you are using Hondata...Who else would you bring it to? Hah.

 

i wana tune it this spring on the e manage and later in the summer when i have around a $1000 to spend on hondata and tuning i will go that route. I just want a reliable,semi conservative/aggreasive tune. It seems easy to me, but nobody around here seems to understand solid air/fuel ratios and smooth vacum to boost transitions.

Ill put it this way.....I want it done right and im willing to pay for it.

 

Your going to have trouble getting it running smooth on Emanage.
