WOW, their are a few questions in just one sentance buddy. Well, first off it depends what your plans are for the motor. Are you just doing a rebuild and looking for a slight bump in power/compression. ITR pistons will fit since both blocks share the same bore(81.00-81.50 mm from Honda) You didn't not say if you wanted to use ITR or CTR pistons in your motor, so this answer is going to be incomplete. Again, it depends on what your are building the motor for. The JE pistons would be a nice if you needed to have a lighter piston with a different comression ratio then what is available from Honda. The price is a bit higher for these pistons, and I personally would stay with OEM pistons for a mild rebuild. If you have other questions use the "search" button, it is your friend.
Good luck

http://www.c-speedracing.com/h...c.php

if you go here, you can calculate the compression for different motors with different pistons, etc.
i'd say..get jdm itr pistons.
