$59 seems like a good deal.

No cons so far for me.

How long do you keep your bike in storage? 'Cause a good battery will last about a month before needing a recharge.. or just make a kill switch and leave it open during storage. Shelf life on a disconnected battery is quite awhile.

Yeah its $50 plus $8.92 S/H @ kneedraggers. So it comes out about even. Plus I dont have to wait for them to ship it. Do most of you guys have one or what?

I have one. But I guess that was obvious from my previous post...

I own a Honda bike, which, as you may have heard, have QUITE an appetite for RRs. I don't have spare RRs, so in a pinch, I can charge up my battery fully and do a bit of commuting before having to charge it up again.

The main benefit for me is that it comes with a jumper-cable quick-disconnect if I ever need to jump start the bike (I can't figure out how to bump-start the damn thing).

Scarey, the bike hasnt sat for more than 48 hours since I got it! I left the key in it after I was showing it to my brother last nite but it was switched off! I feel dumb asking this but its not cause I left the engine stop switch on is it? I got up to ride to school this morning and it made an evil noise at me It just wouldnt turn over. I called Del Amo Motorsports kinda pissed and they said "maybe it didnt get a full charge before you bought it." I was like WTF?! Shouldnt a brand-new bike come with a brand-new, fully charged battery?

If your key is in IG position, it'll keep the electricals on whether your cutoff switch is on or off. Yes, it will drain your battery.

I just use a regular car charger whenever I need a jump, or you can push start it and ride around for awhile to charge.

That depends on who took care of your battery. The service manager? Yup, fully charged. The low man on the service totem pole? Could go either way.

That's what happened to me. I got the low man. Until I brought it up to the service manager's attention. In a polite, non-threatening way, of course.

you could probably get one for like 30 bucks off ebay if you dont mind waiting for shipping. I got one on my bike.. i think they all work pretty much the same.
