Skunk 2 lug nuts
hey Ive got 1999 Civic Em1 and im getting ready to take the winter steel wheels off and put my Si wheels back on but my problem is ive used my old lug nut and they have rusted up pretty bad. So now ive decided to invest in a nice decent set of lung nuts such as the skunk 2 ones. My question is will i be able to use these with my stock wheels and do i need extended wheels studs. ?
thanks for the help.

I don't think it's safe to use aftermarket lugs on stock wheels becuase of the seating on the wheels and the shape of the lug. but to answer your question, no you don't need to get extended wheel studs.

you are supposed to use stock lugs on stock honda wheels
check the FAQ section better yet
I'll do it for you
"What lug nuts do I need?
12x1.5 - Stock wheels use an acorn style, aftermarket wheels use a tapered "tuner" style."
