Hey i may be purchasing a 2000 Civic Si pretty soon. It has 80k miles on it and hes asking $12,500 which to me is pretty damn high. What would be a reasonable offer to make him for it, because the car is in perfect working condition besides a dent on the back bumper that he said hed fix. $9,500 or $10,000? what would yall say?
