Heated power mirrors on Acura TL
I've been looking at my mirrors and I just hate the brownish tint in them, I like the blue of the 99-03 TL plus the heated mirrors and the function where it angles down when you put it in reverse.
Does anyone know what components i'll need to make this work, do I need just the TL mirrors and more wiring for the heated part or do I need extra parts to make the conversion work?

your main concern should first be, will the side mirrors fit on your car?

They are both off of a similar platform but I would not make any assumptions about body panels or mirrors or anything fitting. Have you checked to see if it matches?
As far as the reverse and the heat goes, that should be no problem. Before you install it you hook up the different wires (with a fuse) to ground and power. See what combo creates heat, what combo causes it to angle down etc. Then tap into your reverse lights for the tilt down and make a switch for the heat.
