1991 civic hatch si

dont really know the miles, its a friend of mines, but he is trying to get rid of it cause it cant pass smog. dont really know what he tried, but he could not pass. car runs really strong, everything works, i drove it and he handles like its brand new, pulls hard. it has a sunroof too. he is trying to get rid of it fast, so the best offers probably what he is going to take. he is trying to get 1600 obo, he bought it for 2300.
