As you all know, our GS-R's have the third break light on the spoiler, which is located outside the car. The LS, GS, and Type-R models have the third break light inside the car.

Ok. For people who took off their spoiler, what do you do for the third break light? Did you install the light inside like the LS models?

I want to get a Type-R spoiler for my car without the third break light, but if I do that, I won't have the light at all. Can I Install the third break light inside the car like the other models? How would I do it, and where can I buy the third break lights??

well i'm wingless but i have no 3rd led light, but i have a friend with another wingless gsr who put a supra led light molded into his trunk, looks CLEAN AS FAWK. hehe i like it i want to do that idea for myself.

yeah i bought the type r spoiler with the brake light on it so thats what i did. it connects right on including the lights.

doesnt it bolt on to the rear window? That would be hard just get the type r spoiler with the led.

 

Anyone know of a good & cheap place to get the Typr-R spoiler with LED???

 

to get the ls brake light you might as well buy a whole rear window, or you could cut out your stock one? why does it matter so much, lots of cars dont have a 3rd brake lights. personally i dont like the type R with LED, you loose the sportyness of it. That supra 3rd brake light look really nice, how much would it cost to do something like that?
