Default JRSC lude question

i'm having a supercharger installed next week. i have a set of cams, cam gears, and pulleys that i was planning on putting in a long time ago. will any of these help a great deal with a supercharger? is it worth putting them in? thanks in advance.

First of all wrong board. Try http://www.hostboard.com/cgi-bin/for...100&LastLogin= I can't connect to the site though. Cams won't help you, fi doesn't like high duration cams. The cam gears should help so you can adjust it, dyno tune will help. If you haven't yet, i/h/e. Either get a stand alone unit, or get all the piggybacks like j&s, water injection, cartech fmu, etc. Want more power? upgrade your pulley's for some smaller ones. Want more power? Go for a baby shot of nos 20-35. It will cool down the s/c and give you much more power since it cools and gives power at the same time.

Want more power??

Should have gone turbo.

The biggest problem you'll have with the jrsc is heat.

i hear they have water intercoolers for the heat problem. right? i'm not looking for a poo pooload of power, my car just needs to be quicker than it is. for my daily driver, a supercharger is good enough for me. i could always get nos down the line.

Well it does cool it down, but it doesn't work as well compared to a turbo intercooler. It will cool it down, but nos will still cool it more, when your spraying of course.
