Making the assumption that the C1 is going in your 95 LS, you don't really need anything aside from an OBD-1 VTEC ECU. Everything plugs right in. If you plan on keeping the stock intake manifold on the C1, then you'll need an OBD-1 P72 ECU in order to control the secondary butterflies. Otherwise, a chipped P28 or a P30 will work, or you can have a non-VTEC ECU modified for VTEC purposes. Assuming you get the P72, you'll need to run the wires for the VTEC solenoid, pressure switch, knock sensor, and secondaries.
