Default JDM Trans. fitting a B18A

hay i got a m24a (jdm b16 automatic transmission). it came with my JDM b16 swap. and i am 98% sure it will bolt up to the b18 as b series bolt up to bseries. but can somone clarify this for me for sure please. i am sellin gthis to a kid that wants to bolt it in his b18a and wana be 100% sure it will bolt up. PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP!

also would a difftene ECU be needed? like a Vtec ecu or anything?

you would need a new ecu for the b16, not the b18a , and perhaps a new wiring harness depending on the obd, or if the harness' are the same, just wire the vtec instead of spending $100 for a new harness. the tranny will fit, but you will have to transfer the flywheel, clutch etc. from your old ys1 tranny, unless he's got an automatic too. (plus you need to find out if its a hyd. tranny or cable before you do anything to see if u can even do the swap.)
