went ot start my car the other day and it wouldnt start.

i jumped it then it started up, i pulled the #1 plug wire off the motor and it didnt arc when i put it on metal, tried it with the #2 and the car dies! even if i give it gas it juts looses all power, after i put it back in place the injectors will sometimes stay on constantly pumping fuel for about 40 seconds.

also i touched my alternator power wire and it was so hot that the rubber cover over it burned my hand.

after i take that plug wire off it takes about 30 seconds of steady turning over before it slowly comes back to life than its fine. it does this about everyday, sometimes it will run all day fine, other times ill go to start it and there will be no juice (nothing is left on that would kill it).

and the ecu flashes a steady light (doesnt blink just stays on)

 

If the CEL is solid then your ECU is dead. Recheck ALL of your added wiring and grounds to make sure that it is as it should be.
